Is there enough documentation for subsequent E/M. If so what level and diagnosis?

Subsequent visit: no new complaints, no nausea and vomiting since admit, no BMs, no abdominal pain, fever or chills.

Labs are checked.

Awake, responsive. Abdomen, soft, NTTP, ND, Hypo BSs

A/P: hypo blood sugars stable. Discussed with patient and wife risks/benefis of EGD-plan scope in a.m.

Any help is appreciated.
