Ankle sprain from falling off skateboard. X-ray taken. Splint applied. Instructed to use ice and non-weightbearing until better. To use ibuprofen as needed.

Want other opinions on level of care.

Providing the documentation of the HPI & exam are appropriate; I would code this as an 99282. ibuprofen is OTC and x-ray taken (not read by the ED doc)
