I am wondering how you all are coding when patient presents with covid symptoms and has a negative test while in office? Are you using Z20.822 AND the symptoms on both the EM line and the 87635 line?
Likewise if they are positive are you just using U07.1 on both EM and 87635? Thanks so much.
