Does this mean after Aug 14, 2023 can a practice start billing those codes? CPT 90480, 91318-91322, and all others will be deleted?
 
I'm not positive but my take on that is they will be available for 2025. The notice says they are relased in August 2023 but the publication is in CPT not until 2025.

Trying to find out how to bill Flu and COVID together this year - last year we billed them separately even if performed on the same day - not on purpose but they were on different consents and didn't stay together so they just got billed separately - this year we created 1 form with both vaccines on it - I'm hoping to be more efficient and bill together on same claim - would we bill 90686 (flu vac) and 91320 (covid-Pfizer) and then both admin codes 90471 (flu) and 90480 (covid)?
