Just passed my certification and am looking for an entry level position in the Buffalo, NY area. Will work for peanuts, ok, not really, but am willing to work cheap until I have more experience.

Have you tried looking for entry level HIM non coding jobs? Something in account follow up, surgery scheduling, charge entry, etc? Something to get your foot in the door, gain experience and move up to a coding job?
