Wiki New CPC student looking for advice

Hello. I have just started my CPC learning in Arizona - only a few chapters in - and am planning to move to northwest Washington state within the next couple of years, destination to be determined. I am not sure how to go about searching for the best cities to find a job other than the main job search websites, i.e. careerbuilder, jobing and indeed. Those have proven to be difficult to navigate and have led to many frustrations. Also, I am unsure if I should finish my schooling in AZ and test here, or if I should finish and test after I move to WA. Any advice would be most appreciated!!
