Can someone tell me where I can locate all the new dx codes that are coming out in October?

You want to download the zip file titled: 2018 Code Descriptions in Tabular Order [ZIP, 2MB]

You will want the following file inside titled: icd10cm_codes_addenda_2018.txt

If you have a spreadsheet program you can import as a Tab delimited file. Column 1 is the indicator whether its Add, Delete, revised from & revised to
