so new to the coding field, in ortho office. I have a np who was seen and decision for surgery was established (non emergent) and due to traveling for the patient it was decided that the initial visit was also goint to be h&p. I know H&p is inclusive in the surgery so does that mean just charge for the ov? or is there going to be a modifier used?
