Need help with a diagnosis of laceration to the arm. Not sure if this would be 881.00 or 881.20?

PE reads: large laceration partially circumferential around right arm along flexor and ulnar side of forearm. Laceration appears to involve the palmaris longis and injury through flexor carpi ulnaris muscle body. Pt reports intact sensation distal to wound.

he only states it "appears to involve". Without definite documented involvement, all you can do is 881.00. Really, I need a full scrubbed note to be able to give you a for sure correct answer.
