Wiki New hip arthroscopy codes

I am very happy about the new hip arthroscopy codes, however I do not have my 2011 CPT book yet. Shame on me.
Does anyone have info on these codes as far as RVU's and bundling issues? One of our surgeons did a arthroscopic femoroplasty 29864 along with 29863 and 29862.
I am assuming we can start using these new codes now, but I am unsure about the RVU's and edits

Any new codes for 2011 in the CPT can not be used until January 1st.

29862 + 29853 will be bundled with FAI codes as per AMA
