Where can I find the final set of ICD-10-CM CODES for October 2016 release ...
 
You can view preliminary tables of codes at https://www.cms.gov/medicare/acute-inpatient-pps/fy-2021-ipps-proposed-rule-home-page#Tables. However, the final addenda files are usually posted on the NCHS ICD-10-CM pages in June. The tables published in the final rule for IPPS include only code changes and not the changes to the indexes or instructions in the tabular list and may be changed prior to the release of the addenda.
