Hello,
I just completed an Advanced Coding class and want to take the CPC-A exam this June. I want to purchase the CPC Coding Exam Review and The Extra Step textbooks as study guides. My question is, Should I purchase the books for the 2009 or 2010 edition?

The test will be based on 2010 codes...and hopefully those are the CPT/ICD books you have to take the test with.

(But in all honesty, the changes are probably not that significant that it would hurt you throughout the whole test)

Of course, I still recommend getting current books!!
