We are looking to create a NICU follow up clinic. I am curious where I can find a list of commonly used CPT codes for such a department.

The clinic will be used for Medical transition (Neonatal follow up), Neurodevelopmental for neonates(i.e. dietician etc).

Any help on finding a list to start to put together an encounter form would be much appreciated.
