I am looking for someone who can help me with Ortho coding questions....
I have a surgery that I need some help with...
Procedure:
1. L3-L5 laminectomies with foraminotomies.(Foraminotomies were done over the bilateral L4 nerve roots and the left L5 nerve root).
2. L3-L5 posterolateral arthrodesis with application of local bone graft, Connexus Accell Evo3 bone graft substitute, Mozaik bone graft substitute, and iliac crest bone marrow aspirate.
