Pregnant women, assigned to our clinic who needs a referral to a mid-wife/birthing center. There was an exam done but pt is requesting a referral only. Would the V68.81(referral of patient w/o exam or treatment) be the correct dx? Questioning this due to the fact there was some type of exam performed. Thanks for the help. Diane
