Hello anyone out there with in writing infor. A primary care sees new patient or a general surgeon sees new patient. Then they refer to a specialist in the group other then primary or general surgeon but our group uses same tax id#, but each specialty has taxotomy id#. Can we bill new patient or establ. For second doctor of different specialty in the same group. Thanks.
