Hi is anyone else having issue with new 2023 CPT code changes with Assisted living and independent living POS 13 being denied when billing with new codes 9934X- 99350 with POS 13? Technically, they are considered home codes but POS shouldn't be a 12?
 
my practice is also having issues with the home code set being denied with POS 13. CMS MLN matters MM13004 and Transmittal 11732 both state Medicare will allow with POS 13 effective 01-01-2023, but claims are denied and the insurance carriers are being very silent on the denial and what they are requiring?
