Good Morning everyone,
i was hoping someone can provide me with some insite regarding the change taking place 1/1/15 with the modifier 59. It seems that NCCI edits are in place and CMS is establishing 4 new HCPCS modifiers to subset the 59 modifier. i am not clear with this as i am in the physical therapy field and would like anyones input of what you found out
