I need some additional information. We are coding the new TAP blocks 64488-59, and the CCI edits are telling us that this is not billable with the 36556 and 36620. The only thing I am finding is that some how these codes are bundled together.

how is the Block administered ? Was it thru the art line catheter or was the injection separate ???

I am assuming the block was performed as post op pain, correct ?
