We are an ASC and we are going to begin billing anesthesia services provided by a CRNA.
This may be a really dumb question but with NO anesthesia experience I think it's ok :)

Will there be two claims for anesthesia services (the way there are two claims from and ASC, one for professional/physician fee's and one for facility fee's)?

I would think yes, because the anesthesia service itself is "professional" in nature and is billed by a person, whereas the ASC would only be billing for the equipment, supplies, use of the room, etc. (the "technical" stuff). I would be careful though about actually billing for those things for the ASC itself, because some payers use flat rates for procedures in ASCs and include all the supplies and other stuff used for the procedure. Just food for thought! :)
