Wiki New to Anesthesia need help with discontinuous time

I am new to billing anesthesia and having alot of trouble understanding how to bill for discontinuous time. Do you bill the time on a second line or do you add the minutes to the beginning or end of the actually start time. I have looked for guidance but have not been able to get an exact answer. Thank you in advance for the help.
