Physician listed R CTR, R ulnar nerve transposition, and R medial epicondylectomy. So in researching I think the transposition should be included in the ME. Can I list two codes one for the CTR and one for the ME? And what code would you use on the second procedure?

hard to say with the info u gave...post the op note...if you do make sure the name of pt and all names are deleted....definitely the ctr but was that open or endoscopic..and the elbow again was it open or arthroscopic or even percutaneous...?? sorry
 
surgery has not been done yet. i was gathering the info so i can call the insurance company and then quote the patient.
