Wiki New to ophthalmology coding. 67042 with Decadron?

I am new to ophthalmic coding and really need some assistance.
Is Decadron separately billable when given during a PPV?
Our retina surgeon does cpt 67042 on a regular basis and will sometimes give decadron both intravitreal and subconjitivally.

Any help is much appreciated!
