Good Afternoon everyone, I am in desperate need of some help. I am a student who has been in charge of a new podiatrist on staff and his billing. This is a little confusing too me. So if ya'll could help that would be appreciate.

1. If the doctor does an arthrocentesis using three different meds, J3301, J1100 & J1885 do I bill a separate arthrocentesis code for each one.

2. He then also gave out several DME on this patient

L4360
L1907
L1902

I know there are modifiers that go somewhere just not sure which ones.

Lastly where can I find the reimbursements for the L codes? Help
 
Hello, for the arthrocentesis if he used all 3 drugs in one injection you only bill the injection code and then each drug once.
