Has anyone else noticed that the catheter placements have changed on the upper extremity? This is noted in the MedLearn Interventional Radiology Coder and in the Ingenix Complete Guide for Interventional Radiology. I guess I can see why they did this but was wondering if anyone had any official documentationon the changes?

For what kind of study? The only codes that I know if are for A-V shuntograms.
