Newborn Transition Care (before NICU or Wellbaby)

I am looking for a point of contact to discuss coding/billing with other facilities that have the same scenarios for newborn transition.

Specifically what we are calling transition care when the newborn isn't sick enough to go to the NICU but isn't well enough for the WellBaby Nursery, they are sent for transition care.
