Just sharing some info since there have been so many questions about this since the new UDT codes came out this year.
I submitted a formal request to NGS and received a letter dated 5/4/15 that says "Currently NGS does not have an LCD for Quantitative drug screening. Some contractors have begun drafting policies. If NGS writes a coverage policy for Quantitative drug screening it will be posted on www.ngsmedicare.com. Please keep an eye on the website for any upcoming changes."
