Wiki NGS Medicare fee schedules???

Does anyone have the NGS fee schedules for the different NY areas (01, 02, 03, 04) They used to have them on their website but now they only have a search tool where you have to search for each code's fee individually. In the past I would download the schedules but I did not get the opportunity to do so yet for 2013

Any assistance is greatly appreciated! Thanks
