What provider types are approved to perform 11920. Does it need to be the breast surgeon, plastic surgeon, or can it be a licensed tattoo artist? If a non-physician provider, what are the supervision requirements? Has anyone ran into credentialing issues for a tattoo artist and any issues with reimbursement when the service is provided separate from the surgery or the global period? TIA.
