CDC recommends a single 200mg dose of nirsevimab for patients at increased risk, but payers are denying the additional 100mg (even after appealing with CDC guidelines). How should a 200mg dose be coded? We've attempted a single service line with 2 units (90381 x2) and separate service lines (90381 and 90381-59). I appreciate any and all feedback!
