" Family History: No Addictions Noted "

What does it mean...we can consider it as family history or Not..

A pertinent PFSH is a review of the history area(s) directly related to the problem(s) identified in the HPI. Is addiction related to the presenting problem(s) of the visit and identified in the HPI?

I would count it if the patient is being treated for some type of addiction. They are telling you there is no family history of addiction.
