Our physician states in his dictation that the native LAD and right coronaries were totally occluded and that this was determined from previous catheterizations, so for this procedure, he chose to only engage the left internal mammary and circumflex vein graft and give findings. I can't bill 93455 since he didn't select the coronaries for angiography. What are my options to bill?

I know there is a previous thread about this topic. I've been told to bill 93455 with the -52 in this scenario per a MedLearn webinar.

I think there was some differing opinion.
