Our Dr. was the on-call physician. He saw a patient that delivered at home but performed her inpatient post partum care. What would be the appropriate billing procedure?
He had a second one that delivered in ER transport but he delivered the placenta and performed and epsiotomy repair and then the patient left AMA. What is appropiate for this scenario? I have holding these as I am at a loss:confused:
