I can't find any articles about limitation on no fault xray limitations. I was wondering if anyone can help me with this.

If a provider refers a no fault patient for 4 or more different sites of xray on the same referral. Does it consider a fault case if the radiology center ask the patient to do 2 sites per day so the patient would need to come in 2 or more days to finish all the studies?
