Using 97 guidelines, please offer your opinions on the correct scoring for this exam.

General Exam:
General Appearance Pleasant, NAD, Well-developed, well-nourished, No Resp Distress, AOX3.
EXTREMITIES: R 4th digit with contracture, pulses 2 plus bilaterally.
PSYCHIATRIC: normal mood & affect.

Our providers often mention No Resp Distress and AOx3 under general appearance. My question is: Is it better to count No Resp Distress as a Respiratory bullet, or general appearance. Also, would you count AOx3 as a Psychiatric bullet.

Thanks for you help as I continue to refine and improve my auditing skills. :p
Arrana :)
