Hello all & happy 2021!

Quick question, does anyone know the rules/regulations for charging patients for no-showing on televisit appointments. We have just a few problem patients who have no-showed on their telehealth appts. Thanks for any help :)
 
I would say there probably are not any rules/regs that would be different from in-person visits. However, I would not charge them until I found out why they were a no-show. Were they having internet problems? Was the provider very late? Personally, I won't stay logged in, in front of my computer, waiting for a provider to show up for very long. My max is 15 minutes past my appointment time, and even that bothers me.
