Dear Coder, under ICD-10 - Non-compliance, there's a Medication Treatment and Medication Regimen. I understand if the patient is not compliant to take their medications we select Medication Regimen.
Could anyone advise in what circumstances we select Medication Treatment? I'm really confused here.
