How are you explaining to patients this is a billable, legitimate service as opposed to the "free" calls that were prior to COVID 19.
 
As part of the consent, we include the line "I understand that there may be costs associated with a telehealth visit. I agree that I am responsible for any fees associated with the telehealth services that I receive."
I personally have not had any patient question it, but if they did, I would simply explain that we are performing these services without the need for the patient to come into the practice and keep everyone safer, but that the physician is providing a service.
