We are having some discussion about what is included in a Pediatric Physicial, and Female Physicial. Where can I find documentation? Medicare has a great tool for the IPPE. Does family and pediatric medicine have the same type of a sheet that explains all things that are included? Some of our providers want to charge for an eye and hearing test outside the Preventative Medicine codes for pediatrics and some also want to charge for a pap outside the Preventative code for women. Thank you in advance for you help.
 
Thank you for that information. Very useful, however I would like to see if there is anything specific to New Hampshire. I would believe that this is what the manager would want to see.
