Non Medicare Psychiatrist Billing Medicare?

I bill for a psychiatrist who is not a Medicare provider but who has a patient who wants us to bill her Medicare to get a denial and then bill her secondary coverage for payment. Is this possible? Any guidance or links you can post is greatly appreciated.

Hope you have found the answer by now but you need to have client sign and ABN that they are aware service is not covered by Medicare, when billing the claim you need to add a GY modifier to get Medicare to deny as pt resp so that it can be sent to the secondary.
