Hi,
Can someone explain to me this would be a 76857 or a 76856?
And what is considered the adnexal structures or description of a pelvic pathology?

The uterus, ovaries, and adnexal structures appear normal. The
uterine walls appear
homogeneous in echotexture. No free fluid is present. The endometrial
echocomplex appears normal
in thickness measuring 5mm. No masses are seen. Several debris filled
Nabothian cysts and a focal
calcification is seen in the cervix.

Impression:
Several complex probable Nabothian cervical cysts. Focus of calcification is
present in the high
cervix. Recommend correlation with Pap smears screening results. Otherwise,
unremarkable pelvic

Thank you,
