I was wondering if anyone can help. I did have a list of procedure codes that are not payable for mid-level providers to bill to Medicare. In the process of moving my office, I have misplaced it. Would anyone possibly know where I can find another copy of it? I have been searching Trailblazer with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.:confused::confused:
