I'm looking someone that has expertise on pain managment coding for the following modalities:
aromatheray, guided imagery, energy healing, massage. Or do all these fall under the consult visit?
I leaning towards CPT 90880 for guided imagery & energy healing. And 97124 for massage. However, Pls advis, gladly appreciate your help!
 
There is a code set called ABC codes for alternative medicine. SOme carriers accept these codes, you need to research this out as they are different from CPT or HCPCS II.
