Wiki Non-representative specimen / Cellular paucity

Am looking for coding and billing guidelines when the cytological specimen is non-representative and/or there is cellular paucity (nothin' there). The pathologist still did the work. I need documentation for or against coding and billing for it. And would a 52 modifier be appropriate?
