Anyone using noncompliance codes on ER visits if the physician states the patient is noncompliant for whatever reason (homelessness, financial cost of medication, lack of insurance)? If specifically mentioned? Say a patient came into ER, they found a small vestibular clot and wanted to transfer the patient to bigger facility. Let's say the patient declined and the patient left the ER against medical advice. Should my facility be capturing this?
