Good morning. I work for a Hematology/Oncology office that is also a participating site in the NOPR data collection for CED (coverage with evidence development). We have never had problems in the past getting reimbursed but suddenly are having issues with payment. CMS issued a new NCD 220.6.19 with a very limited set of dx codes - mostly bone mets and history of cancer codes. I would like to ask if anybody is successfully receiving payment from Medicare for the NOPR registry PET bone scan?
