FYI if you provide vaccines to Medicaid patients in NC, effective with Dates of Service on or after July 1, 2011 you can no longer use CPT 90460 or 90461.

The June Medicaid Bulletin states that there is a "Cap" on what Medicaid can pay for the administration of a vaccine and therefore they will no longer be reimbursing for additional components. You will have to return to using 90471, 90472, 90473 & 90474 for Medicaid claims.
