Hello,
I am new to working with National Government Services, which is the Medicare Intermediary for Indiana, Connecticut, New York, Michigan and Wisconsin. I wanted to speak with someone who is familar with this intermediaries documentation "shortcuts". For example: The review of systems, listing and couple of pertinent positive and negative responses with the statement, "all other systems are reviewed and negative."
The other I was curious about was can "non-contributory" be counted for family history, if applicable?
Plus others..
I know that my other two intermediaries allow such short cuts, can anyone help me? I have included the link for you if you were curious..
