I am reviewing a medical record in which the following was performed:
  1. Arthroscopy - Medial meniscectomy (29881)
  2. Arthroscopy - with lysis of adhesions - (29884-59)
  3. Medial Notch Spur Excision
The AAOS states in one article "debridement of knee with removal of osteophytes (eg, 27360, 27443, 29877)".

The provider also had an injection of Synvisc, however did not bill for these.

Another article I found states it is included.

Does anyone have a clue?
