Hi all,

Can anyone help me on getting a code for Novasure device used for Novasure ablation to be billed along with 58353 or 58563?
This is for an ASC..

Look at A4649. I found this code in a previous post from 2011. I have used a code for this but I do not have access to the HCPCs book right at this moment.
